This is my FAVORITE dinner. You are gonna want to try this one!
Cordon Bleu Casserole
Ingredients
12 oz penne pasta
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
8 oz block cream cheese
8 oz swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
1-2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
6-8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 cup ham, cubed
3/4 cup plain Panko bread crumbs
1 Tbsp butter, melted
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
- In a small pot, heat heavy cream and cream cheese over medium low heat
- Whisk together until cheese is melted
- Stir in garlic salt and onion powder
- Add shredded swiss
- Again, whisk together until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth
- In a 9×13 pan place noodles, chicken, ham and bacon
- Pour sauce over top and lightly stir
- In a small bowl or ziploc bag mix bread crumbs with butter
- Sprinkle top with bread crumbs
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until heated through and top is light brown
