Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup milk

  • 8 oz block cream cheese

  • 8 oz swiss cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1-2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

  • 6-8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup ham, cubed

  • 3/4 cup plain Panko bread crumbs

  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
  • In a small pot, heat heavy cream and cream cheese over medium low heat
  • Whisk together until cheese is melted
  • Stir in garlic salt and onion powder
  • Add shredded swiss
  • Again, whisk together until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth
  • In a 9×13 pan place noodles, chicken, ham and bacon
  • Pour sauce over top and lightly stir
  • In a small bowl or ziploc bag mix bread crumbs with butter
  • Sprinkle top with bread crumbs
  • Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until heated through and top is light brown
