These are my favorite cookies and my most requested to make!
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 pkg OREO Cookies ‘n Creme pudding mix
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups white chocolate chips
12 OREO sandwich cookies, roughly chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a mixer blend together butter and sugar
- Stir in eggs and vanilla
- Add flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt and mix until combined
- Stir in white chocolate chips
- Fold in chopped cookies
- Use cookie scoop and place on an ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
