Peanut Butter Cookie Cups
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place candy in fridge (this will make them easier to unwrap)
- Sift together dry ingredients and set aside
- Cream together butter, sugars, and peanut butter
- Beat in egg, vanilla, and milk
- Slowly add sifted ingredients and mix well
- Using small cookie scoop, spoon into ungreased mini muffin tin
- Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes, while cookies are baking take wrappers off from candy
- Remove from oven and place candy cup into cookie
- Let cool and remove from pan
