I will start by first saying, “don’t knock it ’til you try it”. My MIL made these, and at first, I couldn’t believe the ingredients. But I ended up loving them along with the rest of my family. They would be perfect for a party, or over rice for dinner. Either way they are very good!
Ingredients
1 cup grape jelly
1 cup salsa
1 bag frozen homestyle meatballs
Directions
- Place frozen meatballs, jelly, and salsa in the slow cooker
- Cook on high for 4 hours OR on low for 6 hours
