This is so simple, but so creamy, fresh, and delicious. I always make this for Easter and in the summer for barbecues and potlucks!
Mandarin Peach Jello Salad
Ingredients
2 small boxes tapioca cook & serve pudding
1 small box peach jello
3 cups water
1 can can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 can can pineapple tidbits (drained)
1 cup miniature marshmallows (or to taste)
1 carton cool whip
Directions
- In a small saucepan whisk together pudding and jello with water
- Bring to a boil on medium-high heat
- Stir until mixture dissolves and begins to thicken
- Cool Completely
- Mix in fruit and marshmallows
- Fold in cool whip and store in refrigerator
